Bedside manner
I came to her with multiple concerns, but she only Focused on my weight. Telling me I was so upset I’m probably making my cortisol high. And just referred me to an obesity doctor. Didn’t care about my history, or my other symptoms at all. Don’t waste your time

I have tried to find a good endocrinologist for 20 years and they are all the same they are not worth your time nor money Dr.Dambroski is one of the worst ! she’s absolutely textbook. only will test your T4 and TSH. Never giving any thought to the conversion of T3. If it wasn’t taught in school then it isn’t going to be looked at. I am having an adrenal crisis and I called her for help even though I knew it would be a joke. I have not been able o get out of bed for a week and her only suggestion is well you have adrenal insufficiency so double your dose for a few days and then go back gradually to your normal level. I took 100 mg of Cortef this morning and it did nothing. I asked her to let’s try prednisone and she said no. She obviously doesn’t care! Let’s not dare step outside the boX. Prednisone is what helped me get past this in the past. I always laugh at the oath “ do no harm“

She is everything that is wrong with the system. It's true she sits there and lets you talk but doesn't hear what you're saying. My hair is falling out, my nails are cracking down the middle, I have periods lasting over 12 days, I'm 20 pounds over my normal weight within a 2 year period even though I have healthy eating habits and I workout 6-7 days. My body is literally giving up on me and I feel terrible and she concludes I need more sleep. She has a one track mind and doesn't care to find out what is happening to you. She's purely text book and doesn't think outside the box. If your T4 and TSH( that's all she tests for) levels are in range and you don't feel good then don't waste your time or money. She'll suggest more sleep. If you have hashimotos-find another doctor. I decided to write this reveiw after meeting and ex-patient with the same experience.

I appreciated her care - I really liked her treatment approach - but the staff at the practice is HORRIBLE. If she ever left I'd switch back immediately.
