Worst Dr I’ve ever encountered
My personal experience with this Dr in the ER falls nothing short of incompetence. She lacks skill, compassion, knowledge, and professionalism. She spent my entire visit trying to accuse and prove I was under some sort of substance influence ( I was not) I went in for vertigo and was panicking because I had recently had surgery for an aneurysm. In my opinion she is the worst Dr I’ve encountered.

Dr. Kelley saw me in the ER to evaluate redness surrounding the point where an IV catheter had been placed several days prior in preparation for a minor surgical procedure. She was professional, thorough, and very straight forward during the exam, asking questions and clearly explaining her conclusion and diagnosis. I found her demeanor friendly and patient oriented. Fortunately no additional testing or treatment were required.

She did not take the time to explain the risks associated with the tests she ordered or inform me all of the tests that were being ordered. Her bedside manner was abrasive and short. Communication was not clear. She rushed through the process and was very impersonal.
