Dr. Nalchajian, was highly professional, knowledgeable , and compassionate . I'm so grateful to have had her as my emergency doctor. In a stressful situation, I felt well cared for by her.

I went to the ER on the advice of staff at a nearby clinic b/c I was experiencing lingering symptoms from a viral infection while taking heavy-duty drugs for an unrelated illness. Dr. Nalchajian was incredibly aggressive in her speech & body language from the moment she walked into my hospital room. She asked me to describe my symptoms and proceeded to loudly interrupt/talk over me when I tried to do so. She rolled her eyes at me when I expressed reservations about taking a particular medication. I brought in packaging for the aforementioned heavy-duty drugs (they have long, hard to remember names) so she could hopefully tell me if/why they might be making my symptoms worse: she didn't even want to look at them! She told me she was going to do a blood test and then never did (or any other tests for that matter). I was treated like I was personally inconveniencing her by being sick. One of the worst bedside manners I've ever encountered. The rest of the staff were lovely.
