Goes the extra mile! World class doctor
Doctor Nicole Rimpel treated my 84 year old mother during a recent 2 plus week stay (May 2024) at Stanford Hospital for septic shock. First and foremost, Dr Rimpel showed compassion and understanding to an elderly woman. She spent significant time with my mother and answered all of her questions. As the adult son from the NYC area, the doctor was patient and helpful in explaining to me the underlying medical issues and recovery plan—in plain English. She is a real asset to Stanford Medical.

Doctor Rimpel is an amazing doctor! I was so lucky that she was my mother's doctor at Stanford Hospital. On one hand Dr. Rimpel is a very knowledgeable, skilled and competent doctor. And on the other hand she is a caring, kind, thoughtful, and a pleasant person.
