Madison, the person at the front desk was very welcoming and friendly. The Medical Assistant from Venezuela , I didn't get her name, was quite charming, had a good sense of humor, and was very professional. Dr. Strickland was also very warm, friendly, and professional.

Dr. Strickland and her MA both listened very well, explained everything thoroughly, and made me feel very calm about a not so pleasant situation.

I recently just had my very first Dermatology appointment with Dr. Strickland. I loved the receptionist. She was nice and straight to the point. Morgan, one of the assistants that was helping Dr. Strickland was very nice as well, very friendly. Dr. Strickland was informative. She gave me plenty of information regarding the issues I have with my skin. My visit was quick! I was in and out. I left with a couple of products to try and I will be back in two months. I am hoping the results show and this is definitely an amazing office to go to!

I found the front office and medical assistant staff to be friendly and professional. They were all happy and jovial which demonstrates that this is a good place to work and that the staff is valued. Dr. Strickland is extremely professional, talented and thorough. She has an excellent bedside (chair side?) manner and is not arrogant or stuffy at all like many Doctors can be. Both she and her medical assistant explained everything they were doing throughout the process and kept me comfortable throughout.
