Dr Thai was very rude and uncaring. I went with my aunt to see Dr Thai to discuss her recent breast biopsy results. We had appointment but had to wait in the office for more than 1 hour before the Dr seeing us. I wasn't even upset about the waiting part until how we were treated very badly by Dr Thai. Without even asking my aunt how she was feeling, how the biopsy site is healing or expressing any sympathy for the scary news my aunt just received, which is breast cancer, she just asked us which hospital she can transfer my aunt to. I started asking her about my aunt prognosis, how serious is it and the treatment plans available but she started yelling, I meant yelling loudly at me and told me to stop asking questions. She said she doesn't have the result yet, but I was holding in my hand a copy of the biopsy report I had asked the front desk printed out for me. Dr Thai is incompetent and could careless about her patients. I have never met any Dr like her.
