Dr. Nicolette Humphries, MD

When my daughter became sick, I called the office after hours and she made herself available to answer any questions I had. She also seen my daughter the following morning. I really appreciated that! Plus my daughter loves her.

Dr. Humphries was so sweet and has the best bedside manner! Literally love her already! She definitely listens to your concerns and helps in any way possible!

The office atmosphere is great. I love that the office has a well, sick, and newborn side so that is comforting. Dr. Humphries is extremely thorough and doesn’t seem to rush during the visit.

Dr. Humphries is amazing. She checks them out thoroughly. I have 5 great grandchildren that I take to her. None of them are ever scared when I take them there. Her nurse’s are so sweet and patient with them. They make things like a hearing and eye checkup fun. I’m thankful for the care that they receive every visit. Several years ago she saw a little curve on Amiyah’s spine. She sent her to Shriner’s were she still goes because she has scoliosis. Dr. Humphries caught it early. I trust her and that means a lot.

Best Pediatrician ever! I love how she is patient with my son and knows how to interact with him. Wait time is long but it it worth it! Nursing and front staff is sweet!

This happened yesterday. We went for his 1 year check up. The drs office schedules all of your appointments. You don’t get to choose a time or day they just tell you to be there. Well yesterday I went in to take my son for is 1year check up to get his vaccs. We get there sign in (showed up 20 mins early) they call me back to the desk after 30 mins saying they have no record of his appt and that they don’t have any vaccs. I still want to see the dr bc I have some concerns about his sleeping and eating. They told me it would be a few minutes before we go back. After we waited in the waiting area for 1 1/2 hours. I finally went up to the front desk AGAIN. They told me that they don’t have any beds and that they refused to see him. we watched 18 patients walk to the back. People who just came in were going before us. We had an appointment. I have the paper with the info on it. This place is highly unprofessional and has inexcusable behavior towards patients and parents.

Wait it always long but so worth it. We are never rushed and Dr Humphries and all the staff care and listen! My kids used to hate going to the dr prior to meeting Dr. Humphries. Now both kids walk in very confident and excited for their appointment.

If I could give Dr. Humphries and her staff 100 stars, I would! We have used them since 2015 and the superior quality of service is ALWAYS consistent each visit. She always goes above and beyond to make both her patients and their families comfortable, informed, and treated. My daughters look forward to their visits, and always leave smiling.
