Disappointing
My recent visit with this doctor was disappointing. I went in to address an ongoing issue that needed further testing. I had labs done and referral for MRI. I discussed with her that I can't have a mammogram due to other issues . MRI was denied by Kaiser . When I contacted doctor about the denied MRI her response was to go ahead with the mammogram ( that I can't have). She doesn't care . She didn't offer any alternatives. She did not follow up with me regarding my lab work. I had to contact her to get answers. I don't trust that doctor with my health. She is not personable. Office visit was not pleasant. I changed to another doctor for my family. She will not be my doctor, ever. I don't recommend her.

My family and myself have had great experiences with Dr. Thomas. She is with Kaiser so much of the scheduling and wait time is not something doctors can control.

She is the greatest doctor I have had in my life. She listens and does her best to help. She's not a miracle worker...she's a doctor. Those who said she doesn't listen obviously expected a miracle.
