Dr. Merza listens carefully and asks questions to fill in gaps so she can evaluate the content of the information before discussing the issue at hand---- She is attentive and picks up on small things that are important. She is very professional, straight forward, and uses her training as well as common sense in her approach to help in solving issues----- I would certainly recommend her services in helping to resolve issues--------

Dr. Mirza has helped me immensely in the time I've been going to see her. She listens and explains. My level of self confidence has grown tremendously and she is slowly weaning me off medications that I have been on for years.

I never felt comfortable with this dr. Should have changed long ago. When I became sick with illness and did not see her for my last appt. she was very angry. Also I have physical ailments which are being addressed but have yet to be diagnosed exactly. Even though I am in crisis she said she won't see me any longer and won't prescribe meds since they may have side effects worsening my illness symptoms. It's complicated but she literally left me with NO MEDICATION! This can't be legal!

There was not enough room to leave a full complaint on my last review. This physician could've tried a different approach to gain my son's trust to restart Vivitrol during his heroin recovery. This physician could've tried harder by taking my son on as a patient which she refused even though he was 8mo clean. Apparently she only takes the easy ones as she refused him. There is an oath!
