Absolutely the worst office staff
The office staff was rude, unresponsive, imposed 30-53 min hold times on calls. Miserably mismanaged medication submittals. Dr Kothari is kind and attentive, but obviously either goes not train her staff or does not care that they are painfully unprofessional and unkind.

Office staff needs training
Dr Kothari is awesome; she is patient-focused and great communicator. Her office-staff, not so much. Losing appointments, absolutely no personality, inarticulate signs posted on walls, and the typo's (misspellings) are indicative of 3rd grade education. Learn the difference between: their, they're, and there - - please. Inappropriate conversations that can be heard in the waiting room.

Dr. Kothari is my provider in sun lakes. I am comfortable with her calm demeanor and good communication skills. I would recommend her to others !

I recently saw Dr. Kothari do to an infection. Dr. Kothari was wonderful. She listened to my description of my problem and immediately took the necessary test and precautions. I strongly recommend Dr. Kothari as an excellent internist.
