Be wary of this medical practitioner. While his medical work itself is fine, his billing process is a train wreck. First of all he bills and charges you an exorbitant amount of money upfront in spite of being an in-network provider and in spite of knowing fully well he will get reimbursed by the insurance company. And he holds this money for several weeks and months and even after the insurance company has paid him. I don't see any need for him to do this unless (I am guessing) he is putting this money to work for his monetary benefit and getting a yield on this money which is rightfully yours. Furthermore his staff is the most inept, incompetent and inefficient I have ever encountered in this business. Never mind the fact that they are downright rude and uncouth. Especially one Michelle who claims to be the office manager. She is not qualified to answer the phones and emails let alone manage an office. Fabricates stories about issuing refunds when in reality mistakes are done and the refund process has to be done multiple times. In addition there is no way to escalate issues to the doctor himself since he never returns calls. Avoid this medical provider at all costs. A grossly unprofessional operation through and through.

I visited Dr. Nilesh Patel in order to get my wisdom teeth removed. I’m very pleased with the ease of how everything went. Dr. Patel and his staff were flexible in helping me schedule my surgery according to my needs and I was able to schedule the surgery only a few days after my appointment. The surgery went very smoothly thanks to Dr. Patel. I felt very confident with him and felt that I was in the right hands. I appreciated that he was honest / transparent about the procedure. He shared his thoughts but listened to / was flexible with what felt best for me as a patient. I had local anesthesia for the surgery and I was sent home with enough information to prepare me for any post-op discomfort. I did not experience much discomfort / pain after the surgery outside of what was expected and was able to recover relatively quickly. Overall I’m grateful to have found Dr. Patel and would without a doubt recommend him to anyone in need of oral surgery!

I went to Dr. Patel to get my wisdom teeth extracted and he made sure that I was aware of all aftercare procedures and what to expect in the following weeks. He's calm and patient, so I was not scared to ask any questions, or raise any concerns. Not only did he do an amazing job with the procedure, but he also handled any problems that I had after the procedure with swift and careful attention. Staff is also very friendly and welcoming.

Dr. Nilesh Patel is like a magician among dentists. He did such a great job about procedure he performed on me. He told there will be pain, sometimes severe. I called him twice during weekend complaining "you said there will be pain and I bought pain pills but I do not feel pain at all, and did not take sigle pill. Did you really perform a procedure on me? I must have made him feel like "what should I say or react? if I did a good job and he does not have any pain at all, what should I do!." It was a very pleasant expereicne for me. He is a great dentist I know.

I brought my 83-year-old mother to have 3 teeth pulled. Dr Patel and his staff were amazingly kind and patient with her. There was no wait and she was in and done in no time. Mama had no complications or much discomfort at all during the following days. Dr Patel called personally to follow up 2x! I was extremely pleased with our experience and highly recommend him.

Dr. Nilesh Patel did my 3 wisdom teeth extraction, 2 of them was tricky but he did a very good job with the extractions. I was comfortable during the surgery. Michel and Dr. Nilesh Patel took enough time to explain me the process before surgery and both of them are fantastic. Dr. Nilesh was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions patiently. he did not over charge me that was an extra plus. I would highly recommend Dr. Nilesh Patel to my friends and Family.

Dr. Nilesh Patel is one of the best doctor we have found.his assistant Michel is also best lady. when i had 2 wisdom tooth extraction she supported me lot and Dr Patel called home to know how his patient is doing. best experience.
