In 2020 I had some moles removed. I was surprised on my visit that she would be cutting them off versus freezing them off. 4 months later I get a bill for almost $800 and made several attempts to call her office and talk to the billing person who is only there 1x a week every other week. I made over 8 calls to the office over 2 months and finally talked to them 11/2 and was told that she would talk to Dr. Cahan and get back to me - never heard anything else from them until today. Fast forward 1 year and I have a visit and I am told that she will not see me (just an hour before my apt) and will not prescribe my needed medications unless i pay $400 of the outstanding bill. So she is withholding life saving medications over a bill that I worked for months to settle and their office dropped the ball being unavailable and never responding back. I have seen this doctor my whole life and today switched doctors and will be filing a complaint with the Texas Medical Board.

I cannot even say how much I regret having gone to this doctor. She did myself and my daughter harm. I would never recommend her.

Dr. Cahan has been an extremely effective and thoughtful physician for me. I had surgery last year that went very bad. She was singlehandedly responsible for diagnosing and treating a very bad situation

Dr. Cahan is the most knowledgeable internist I have ever had. She comes up with answers to problems that have plagued me for a long time, or knows someone who can. I feel very fortunate to have her as my physician. I just wish I had found her sooner.

No stars for this doctor. If she is already over booked, then why she take new patients? I was totally disappointed today. Even though I was early for the appointment and had finished my paperwork, had to wait one hour for the doctor, but still no show from her. When enquired I was told there are two more patients before me as the doctor is running late and I have to wait.I was asked to come fasting for the lab works and it was noon and I had anything. So if you plan to see this doctor, cancel all your other appointments as you will be sitting there waiting. ??

Dr. Cahan has been our family doctor for over 30 years. She is by far the most intelligent woman I have ever met. Not only is she a brilliant physician, but she truly cares about her patients and will recommend homeopathic remedies if appropriate. Sometimes she runs behind, because she takes the time to really listen and explain things in a way that makes sense. Love Dr. Nina!

I love Dr. Cahan. She is without a doubt, the most thorough doctor I have ever had in my life - and I am 72 years old. She checks for things no other doctor has ever checked. She will try to help find more natural ways to treat things other than automatically writing out a prescription - only doing that when necessary - and I appreciate that immensely. She takes the time to listen to you. There are times my wait to see her is a bit long, but I would rather wait and have outstanding care!

Dr. Cahan is very insterested in what is wrong with you and she comes up with choices on how you would like to proceed with your health care. I say this because i choose to use more homeopathic methods before i turn to modern medicine. She has many ideas on how to do that and helps to regulate all the possible medicines / oils i will need and how to use them.

My entire family has been seeing Dr Cahan for many years. She is caring, thorough, and interested in your entire health profile. She is the type of doctor that you have a relationship with. She does have an issue of running behind. But when she is with you, you never feel rushed or hurried.

Dr. Cahan is an intuitive healer as well as a highly trained medical doctor. She deals with the whole person, not just one ailment or another. Sometimes I have to wait but I know Dr. Cahan is giving another patient the same careful attention she will give to me when I see her. She has a talent for taking multiple seemingly unrelated symptoms and coming up with the diagnosis that encompasses the condition. I trust her completely and am grateful for her kind and caring manner & medical skills.

There's absolutely no consideration for your time. Have been left sitting in the exam room for 45-60 min many times. Offices don't feel clean. Every single time I stepped foot into the exam office, I was asked the exact questions over and over, ones you would assume would not need to be asked for monthly follow up appts (how many kids, still married, allergies, etc). After 10 years, I finally switched providers and am finally getting service I think every patient deserves.

The lateness is absurd. It has been an hour and a half and I still haven't been seen by Dr. Cahan. Go somewhere else if you want your time to be valued.

She constantly runs late and behind in appointments. The other day I waited over 1 1/2 hours after my appointment time. Her office always feels dirty. I like her and trust her as a doctors but don't have that much time to wait to see q doctor when it happens repeatedly.
