Dr. Nina Chicharoen, MD

This provider was unprofessional. I was transferred to her for telehealth while she was working in an advice center to seek assistance for my mom’s chronic hemorrhoids. She did not even ask me about her. She said the nurse already answered her questions. I wanted to advocate and express my mother’s complaints. She was argumentative wouldn’t listen to my mother’s complaints and I couldn’t get a word in edgewise because she just kept yelling. I was trying to get questions answered and she said that the nurse already did the screening. She told me to call 911 for hemorrhoids. She did not even listen to what we were trying to say. She was rushing and did not care. She just wanted to dump this off on an already over impacted ER. We went to the ER and the doctors were upset that I brought her in for hemorrhoids. You can’t win.
