Disappointing
Went to her and it was a very promising appointment. She went over all the test she wanted to do. I was supposed to get a call to come back to run more test to compare to the original test in approximately 6 weeks and then we would discuss. Never heard anything so I called and they said come in and get the test. I got the result of the test and they ran the wrong test so there was nothing to compare with the first set of test. I kept calling and talking to the receptionist and nurse on what the doctor wanted me to do and they kept telling me someone would be in touch. I never heard anything. I also got a bill for the wrong test that was run and I called and was assured it would be removed but it was not. After four months of trying to get the doctor to either do what she said she wanted me to do or tell me what her new plan was I gave up. If you looking for a practice that communicates about the care of their patients, then this may not the practice for you.
