He is very kind, a patient person. He spends the time to listen to your needs and executes the necessary treatment. He's professional very knowledgeable and treats you like family. His office runs very smoothly especially if you hate to wait, I have never waited longer than 15 minutes. They serve adults as well as pediatric and they even have dermatology, chiropractic, hair removal, lab services at his facility. There's also a sick clinic that has longer hours that I have utilized. They also offer telehealth appointments. I would call this doctor 5 stars for sure I love this office. His staff is very professional, and friendly as well.

Dr. Patel is very knowledgeable and takes his time to explain clearly his patients condition. Highly recommended.

I live in Baltimore now but joined Dr Patels patient list when he first started , and cant say enough about his knowledge and his professional practice that is pretty much perfect. On time , he knows how to take care of you and DOES CARE. As close to any great doctor as I ever had. Thank you so much!

Dr. Patel has combined the best of modern medicine with a common sense approach to my health. Rather than just prescribe pills, he partnered with me and made me accountable for my own health. This is what a true doctor is supposed to do help you out in a time of need, Dr. Patel thank you for accepting me after every doctor in your area to turn me down after surgery, Did you know in order to get a post hospitalization visit you need to be already established with the PCP prior to your visit? After calling 20 different doctors in our area I get so devastated I finally called Dr. Patel’s office he considered my care the only one who said yes. He is genuinely interested in my care.

This doctor is very rude and unprofessional. His office is open for extended hours to make more money. Prescribed wrong medications. Was showing his attitude, did not want to answer my questions. His staff is untrained and unprofessional. The doctor only cares about money.

I am a new walk in patient potential continuing patient. Unfortunately because of his front desk/front office manager that will not be happening. Her practices on how patients are seen is unfair. The staff unfortunately was not trained properly and gave me the wrong information. Because of that I'm having to wait last to be seen she refuses to accommodate me. If I had the time to start again in another office I would have left unfortunately I do not have the luxury of time. Never again.

My wife and I have been Patients and treated like family by Dr Patel for 2 years. We have never experienced care as we do with Dr Patel. He takes the time to get to know you. His treatment is for long term health not just a prescription. Dr Patel and his staff are a special group of People. Nick and Melissa S.

This doctor only cares about money and volume and not about the well being of his patients. This doctor refused to run any necessary tests to find out what was wrong but instead takes a guess and writes a prescription for an over the counter drug that you can get yourself. The doctor didn't even know basic blood work tests and needed to look it up online after I educated him. The staff at the front desk is rude and can not follow through on giving patients results. Shouldn't be a doctor.

Dr. Patel is by far the finest physician we have encountered in West Orange, Florida. Extremely thorough and professional.

Amazing doctor and even more amazing staff! Every single nurse, receptionist, PA, and doctor go out of their way to make your visit more enjoyable, especially the front staff of the walk in clinic, Anna and Taylor. I used to hate going to the doctor but this office made me change my mind! I cannot say enough good things about the staff, the facilities, all of it. Thank you for being so good at your job!! :)
