The doctor, Kyle and staff are all very nice and very attentive. After two years of multiple specialist for my husband as well as the doctors for myself, I have had a TON of experience dealing with doctors and doctors office. Sad to say but it’s far and few between you find an office like this where from the lady at the desk to the doctor himself, were all so attentive. The doctor really listened to what I had to say, without interrupting or making me feel rushed. Anne, the manger, Ashley at front desk, Nikki and Dr Kyle were all so nice. Breath of fresh air to have such a positive experience.

The doctors are wonderful and the staff is professional and caring. I experienced a tough recovery and everyone was encouraging and compassionate. Quint is simply the best he knows his stuff and goes above and beyond with explanations and encouragement that kept my head in the game of recovery. The physical therapy department was amazing Martha, Rosie, Felisha and Corby were the very best I've ever worked with. Many thanks to you all.

Was sen for tendon laceration, Dr. Gupta came in and looked over my file and explained in detail what he is gonna do and what to expect. Waiting on workers comp to approve surgery.

My first time at Twin Palms and was amazed at the friendly and knowledgeable staff from the second I walked in the door. The doctor took his time with me and explained everything in a way I could understand (not doctor language, people language).

This was my first time at Twin Palms. From walking in the door to seeing Dr Gupta, everyone was so nice. Dr Gupta was friendly and answered all of my questions. I would recommend him!

Dr. Gupta operated on both wrists because I broke them. He was very concerned and did what needed to be done. VERY professional, and you can tell that he really cares about his patients. Never in a hurry and he seems to know that you have concerns and addresses them. When he came in to see me, the first thing he said was, I am very sorry to hear about your husband. He knew that my husband doesn’t have long to live. That showed me right there that he not only cares about you as his patient but your family too. Great man!

I was very pleased with Dr Gupta and the other doctor that came in to ask questions and explain all of his findings before Dr Gupta came in. They were both very thorough, friendly, and you didn't feel like you were just a number. I would recommend this office very highly.

My son had a sprained ankle and Dr. Gupta was very attentive, kind and sweet to make sure my son has the best treatment. He took his time, carefully explained all the options to us so that we could make the appropriate treatment for my son. His staff were so pleasant and his office was extremely clean and well organized. We are very pleased with the visit and would highly recommend Dr. Gupta to anyone that I know.

The office is newly renovated and beautiful. All of the support staff were friendly. Dr Gupta took his time and answered all questions that I had. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Dr. Gupta’s Resident Dr spent time with me first, then reviewed my records with Dr. Gupta. He was very kind & respectful. I appreciated he showing photos while he explained things very well. Afterwards, Dr. Gupta came in to go over everything with me, including my options. Both were good listeners, and I did not feel rushed. The only negative was that I waited over an hour from the time I checked in, to the time I was able to see the Dr(s). No one said they were running late nor apologized for the delay. That part was disappointing and needs improvement

Dr Gupta is patient, understanding and non-judgmental.

You would be very hard-pressed to find a better surgeon/physician than Dr. Gupta these days. He is efficient and caring of each patient. Safe bet you are in good hands here.

My condition was explained well in easy to understand terminology. My options were clearly outlined and I was afforded the opportunity to choose the path forward.

Dr. Gupta did surgery to release the nerves in my elbow 15 years ago. Came back to see him for some other getting older issues. Dr. Gupta listens to you, comes up with a plan and is very focused on what matters to the patient. The staff is very pleasant. Highly recommend this office for your orthopedic needs.
