I feel so relieved to have finally found a doctor that listens to my symptoms, takes me seriously and gives the proper referrals. I have in the last seen doctors who do things one step at a time and it takes MONTHS to identify one problem. Dr. Jacob listens to her patients and recommends what is needed and is very thorough. She is quick, concise and attentive and I am thankful to have found her. Because of her, she gave me the proper referrals rejected by my last PCP that identified cancer. Because of her this was caught early and I feel very grateful for her care.

Went to Dr. Jacob feeling mighty badly when my primary couldn't see me. Bedside manner was superb. She said "I am going to find out what is wrong". She pushed through some lab work on the spot and figured things out. She is now my primary.

Very caring staff and doctor. Very patient and thorough . Was very sick had me in office within the hour and diagnosed me and in the specialist the next day. Went above and beyond any doctor I’ve seen.

Dr. Jacob was wonderful! She took time to review everything in my medical file and recommended that I get a bone scan so am now working with managing osteoporosis. So glad to know because my past doctor never mentioned this. Also she found a problem in my past blood work that was not addressed. I really appreciated her being so thorough! I would highly recommend her as a primary care physician!

Dr Jacob Always took time to explain my lab work and listened to everything I was telling her I was feeling. She is very caring and thorough.

Dr. Nirmala literally saved my life. She is a caring and knowledgeable physician. She sent me in for a needed chest x-ray, and reminded me how important it was for me to get a mammogram. She gave me a referral for one the year before but i didn't make the time. i got my first mammogram and she detected a disturbing lump. i was diagnosed with a fast growing breast cancer. luckily we caught it early, and i am doing very well thanks to Dr. Nirmala.

dr jacob has been a great help to me! she listens and gets to the bottom of the situation. its been a long time since ive been able to find a very good dr like dr jacob!!! A plus care!!!!

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had as a patient! Please choose another Dr! Mark my words you will regret visiting this Dr. She inherited me from another Dr that worked at the same facility who is no longer there. I wish I would've read reviews beforehand. Never again.

She is the worst doctor I've been to very arrogant and doing you a favor to be there
