Horrible.
Telehealth
I saw her a few weeks ago and I WILL NEVER make an appointment to see her again. She was rude, condescending, inpatient, harsh and showed no empathy or compassion. I couldn't understand her because of her accent and she was yelling at me and got extremely upset during my visit with her. She MADE ME FEEL HORRIBLE after meeting with her. No wonder why she has so many bad reviews. I wouldn't recommend her not even to my worst enemy.

I give a ZERO rating as well!
Telehealth
Where do I begin? Everything went wrong! Horrible first experience and felt like a number. She was insistent on asking generic questions that met the DSM-5 criteria so insurance would pay for my virtual visit. I struggled to understand her. She did not answer my questions. I was so disappointed and left the call frustrated.

Do not use this doctor
My wife just started using this doctor and then the first day without knowing my wife was very judgmental. Zero compassion and continue to call my wife a drug addict because of addiction that happened close to 10 years ago she recently had to change providers and was very hopeful that this doctor would help. But it was the complete opposite. Her doctor previously had her on medication‘s that were finally helping her mental health and this doctor wanted to take her off all of them saying she’s abusing all of her medication‘s when I was the furthest thing from the truth since I’m the one who gives her her medication every day. Continue to not send in Scripps on days that the refill was needed. She also told me to shut up over the phone because I was trying to explain my wife’s day today and how she feels because she told my wife if she’s having anxiety every day and having anxiety attacks on the regular that she should be locked up and never let out that was her exact words. Don’t use!

Great experience!
I worked with Dr Nahar through Teledoc. I had no problems getting in with her. She was kind and compassionate and explained things to me. She helped me with anxiety and difficulty sleeping. True deal changer in my life. Thank you Dr Nahar!

We get along
I had been seeing her for over a year. I thought she was kind and compassionate. She would often remember things I told her a while back and ask me how those things were going. She recently left the practice I was using and I’m sad that I’ll have to work with someone néw. I thought that she was caring and we had a lot in common in terms of our personalities. Not sure if other reviews were judging her for how she looked/dressed; I just didn’t have that experience at all.

If I could give a ZERO star rating, I would.
I had several appointments with this provider. With only more medications added, (which weren't right yet!), followed by the same responses when I tried expressing how I was feeling or how medications affected me; "You need help with your kids." "What does your husband do to help you?" "My sister has twins & she doesn't listen to me either." "This patient was angry I wouldn't fill his high dosage script, recorded it & posted it on YouTube!" "You need a bigger house." "Medication won't fix everything..." Harsh & judgmental. She reduced my medication quantity on controlled substance my first appointment, treating me like an addict. (Which I am absolutely not & far from.) What drove me to post this review was my, (hopefully last), appointment with her. She was clearly angry & resentful for my leaving & then told me: "No one will take you; no one wants a complicated case...", that was it. Research a provider before accepting an appointment - even if it is the 1st available!

Telehealth ADHD
My first visit with Dr. Nahar was decent at first. Upon trying to get my new prescription, she changed what I was being prescribed without notifying me. After this, she stated that what she was prescribing was against the law, which was a complete lie. I was prescribed this for the past year and I am also a medical professional who has prescribing abilities. Dr. Nahar responded to my explanation of this by saying that she did not care and would not prescribe my medication per psychiatric guidelines. I have never been more discouraged to seek care and would highly recommend anyone seeing her to seek care elsewhere.
