Arrived 5-10 minutes before my appt and signed in. The ladies in the office were chit-chatting so I sat down. Another patient came about 20 minutes later and was given paper work. I thought she would call me up at that point, but she went to the back. Another patient arrived, had a brief conversation w the lady, then sat down. I started to go to the window, but she walked toward the back again. I literally felt invisible! What kind of customer service is this? I was already anxious about seeing a new doctor, but was becoming upset as well. Both of those patients were called to be seen, still no receptionist at the window, and 50 minutes had passed without anyone speaking to me! I was looking forward to meeting Dr Shah, but never made it past the waiting room.
