Inhumane treatment
If I could give zero I would. I received a snail mail letter stating that he was discharging me as his patient effective immediately, but received it over a week after it is dated. I believe the reason why I received this letter is because he no longer wanted to prescribe me the exact same medication at the exact same dose that he had been prescribing me as long as I've been his patient - 3 years. The medication is NOT narcotic, but makes a huge difference in my ability to live a normal life. I have been taking this medication for 13 years, and again, 3 years with him. This is completely unprofessional, inhumane, and unconscionable. Every patient should beware. His office has always been very poorly run and unprofessional, so I should have seen this coming.

Very disappointed in the level of service
Very disappointed in the level of service to a new patient. I was admitted to the ER where Dr. Prasad was called to see me. He showed up 2.5 days later instead of a projected 24 hours (per hospital requirement). He ordered a number of tests (mri, bloodwork, xrays) but never showed up again or replied to any of the messages from doctors in the hospital regarding my test results. Once I was released from the hospital, the first available appointment to see Dr. Prasad was in two weeks. Another two weeks of not knowing my test results!!! Today was the day of my appointment and I was running behind and I called the office to notify. They told me that they have to reschedule and the first appointment is in 1.5 weeks. The office didn’t even make an effort to accommodate the situation. It’s going to be 4 weeks since I got into the hospital with a serious condition and I am not even able to get any feedback from the doctor about any test results. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

I am very please with Dr. Prasad. Any time I call the office, the staff is pleasant and helpful. I was able to get in for a consultation quickly and Dr. Prasad helped get to the bottom of the issues I was having and develope a treatment plan that would work for me and my diagnosis.

The office staff is absolutely terrible. I have called 3 times to get a prescription for blood work and they haven't sent it. They keep saying they will mail it, but each time they have no record of my request. They are rude on the phone and clueless.
