The Medical Assistant was very kind and the office was very clean. The Physician, Dr Thomas was very thorough, very kind and pleasant. She listened to my concerns and acted on them with appropriate follow up. I will definitely be recommending this office to family and friends.

I feel I was dismissed in my concerns. Dr Thomas even stated that I should discuss them with a different provider as in GYN. Is it not her job as a general to assist in care with advice so as when we talk to different providers we can make a plan of care for ourselves based upon several opinions? I also was taken back on her notes in my chart for the visit. Some things charted where not assessed, and my concerns where not documented at all.

The office staff was very friendly, but unfortunately I didn't have the same experience with the physician I saw. I felt this physician was insensitive and rude. For any future visits I will see someone else in the practice.
