The staff was friendly, professional and caring from the front desk all the way through. The infusion team was very comforting and respectful. They answered all questions and gave good explanations of the procedure. Dr Palanisamy was very knowledgeable and explained things very well and in a way that was easy to understand. She showed a genuine concern for my situation and prescribed excellent care. She was easy to reach and responded in a timely manner. I would highly recommend her and Texas Oncology.

Highly disappointed
I had been seeing from past six months .she doesn’t respond to messages. They just leave the voicemail and never follows up . I felt appointment was rushed .she just talked only for 5mins . There is no clear explanation for lab results too .But her staff nurses and PA are very good and supportive.I would never go back to her .

Scheduling Nightmare
I never saw Dr. Pala because of the lack of competency of her front office. A solid month to execute a transfer of care to her office that never happened. Every time I called I was always told they would send a message to the nurse for a call back. Her office is clearly understaffed, over worked, but continue to take patients. Profit over people. If you are really in need of care, and time is important, look elsewhere. Dallas is a very large city, Dr. Pala is not the only Oncologist.

Dr. Palanisamy has always been very straight forward and clear in her information and analysis of my Multiple Myeloma, and she has good eye contact when discussing issues. She responds to all questions I have. Communication has always been clear and she listens to my concerns.

Finding Cause of Anemia
I had been dealing with anemia for several years. Dr. Palanisamy reviewed my records and ordered a bone marrow test. Sounds scary but was relatively painless and went off very well.With the information the cause of the anemia was identified and treatment started. I have already began to feel the improvement thanks to the Dr. Pala.

Myeloma Care
My visits are usually prompt. Everyone is has a pleasant disposition and makes you feel welcome. My most recent visit was very well staged and I was finished with my Darzalex FastPro injection in record time.

Appointments feel rushed
She is a little cold, and her answers feel rushed and short. I leave with more questions than answers. When my lump grew back, I waited two hours to see her, for her to provide no support and details as to why it happened. The appointment was super rushed and left me more worried than at ease. Some of the staff are rude, which is not her fault, but you have to deal with them when seeing the doctor. The nurses providing the Chemo treatment in the infusion room are fantastic! I would give them 5 stars, which is one of the only reasons I continue to return there.

Terrible bed side manner, not a caring physician
Dr. Palanisamy kept me waiting 2 hours for an appointment. When I expressed my displeasure she said she is a doctor with a busy schedule and I just need to understand that. Well Im busy too. I would never recommend this doctor, terrible bed side manner.
