Dr. Nitie Sroa, MD

I’m so grateful Dr Sroa was available for ongoing care to treat my condition. In addition to being a most competent doctor, she is rare in the sense that she genuinely cares about her patients, and shows it by spending time with you. She is very cheerful and even remembers small details about previous visits. Her staff is friendly and very prompt. We are fortunate to have her in our community, she’s the best.

Bad beside manner , rude staff , billing issues .

Very rude, uncaring, and could care less about special needs people. Doesn't seem to have any understanding when it comes to a special needs person. I will never waste my time going back to her again.

Dr. Sroa is one of the best doctors I’ve seen in a long time. she is direct, caring, thorough and kind. I think people like to be coddled these days. and if you want to be coddled, go to someone else who won’t tell you the truth.

She provided the highest quality care in all possible respects. She corrected my painful hammer toes perfectly. Her suture work was outstanding. I have complete trust in her caring wise decisions. She respectively listened, answered questions, and explained my condition well. It was easy to schedule an appointment. Her staff was friendly. The appointment was not rushed. It was a very short wait time. She has excellent Christian manners. When she had to postpone my prior surgery because of an emergency, she was very apologetic.

I had called ahead to be sure they had my x-rays- and told they could get them. I brought them on a disc. She said she didn't need to see them, very self assured and the 'gold standard' treatment was steroid shot to the heel. Not a great listener and not interested in long term healing for root causes. The steroid shot -so painful-Relieved for 2-3 days. Not impressed whatsoever and was in formed elsewhere that multiple shots can lead to fascia rupture. I found her dismissive

Wouldn't recommend if you want to get better long term and heal the root issue and not the symptom. Nice lady, however. Wait times were short.

Kind, understanding and helpful.

She was great. She was thorough, fixed my issue, and recommended only treatments that actually work.

Once she heard my ankle was doing better, she blew me off. I feel like she has no interest in helping people heal without expensive and painful surgery.

she really cares about her patients...not just the injury she is treating but the overall health and well being of the patient. she is fabulous...spends time with patient making sure they understand their injury and treatment plan in full

Had reconstructive surgery for ruptured Achelese tendon. Work well with me explaining options. Surgery was only real option. Surgery was completed as scheduled and follow ups were on schedule. She was and continues to caring and concerned of my recovery, which has been great
