Dr. Nnennaya Duke, DO

I was referred to Dr. Duke in 2021 when my original doctor, Drew Edwards, left the practice and moved to Florida. I established a good relationship with Dr. Duke and she understood and treated my conditions quite well. In August of 2023, she told me she was leaving the practice and my care was transferred to Dr. McQueen. I feel a bit lost, as it takes me a while to become comfortable with and have a working relationship with my PMD. ProHealth Physicians is an example of what happens when a long trusted doc sells out to a sketchy medical corporation. Come to find out Dr. Duke is practicing in another city 30 miles away. Must have been offered a better opportunity. This is not how the primary health care system is supposed to work.

Far and away the worst experience I've had with a PCP. I scheduled an appointment to establish care, do a physical and a check-up for another issue that was bothering me. Turns out none of that could be done during the appointment because reasons? So I ended up spending about an hour waiting around to be seen by her just to get a flu and TDAP shots. Then was told I'd need to come back to do the physical and to check the other issue. Her bedside manner is also very poor. She talked over me often and I don't think she looked up from her computer the entire time except to check my ears, eyes and heart. Needless to say, I won't be going back.
