They do not answer phone ever nor give ability to leave a message for them. Ridiculous.

Dr Elgut is great but it's almost impossible to get a call through to the desk. I have tried now for 3 days.

I know cataract surgery is a science, My experience was within inches of being magical. he absolutely nailed it. Dr Elgut is an outstanding ophthalmologist and surgeon. I would highly recommend him for eyecare of any nature.

Where to begin... I needed to see an ophthalmologist and get contact lenses, so I paid the $475 for one day's office visit. Eye health is important to me and 3 people all assured me that included a prescription I could take with me for contact lenses. Drs were ok. Didn't receive an Rx but got samples to try and then order. The optician who handles glasses/contacts works 2? days per week? randomly? Loads of office staff but no one orders contacts. Week later: optician sending me more samples to try. Week later: no samples try to get through on the phone again... Try to order finally and optician is out until after holiday weekend. ok. Week later: told optician is now gone for another week. I decide to buy contacts elsewhere at this point, but they won't allow that either.

Dr. Noel Elgut is absolutely the best Eye Doctor I've ever used. I refer all my friends to him only. I've been a loyal patient for years and I can only tell you he is extremely thorough, patient and protects my eye health and safety though educating me as well as completing very comprehensive exams. He's found important eye issues that other doctors have missed. I am grateful. The office operation is always very clean and sanitized. The absolute best staff I've ever been treated by. A doctor's staff is really important and these workers are "dream come true helpful". Office manager 's Judy and Brianna are patient and so helpful and ensure all my insurance and next visits are all planned ahead. In my 70 years of life, Dr. Elgut is my favorite Eye Doctor and team! They are all operating at a 5-star platinum level. He is also a superlative communicator on every eye health, and general health question. My whole family loves this guy! Thank You Dr. Elgut!

I take a moment to express my sincerest thanks and appreciation for the care you have provided to me in the past, but especially with my recent cataract surgery. I must admit that at my age I was skeptical of the procedure. However, your assurances made the decision to proceed possible. The preparation prior to the surgery; the careful explanation of each step; and the surgery itself were provided with utmost professionalism and expertise. As a person, you showed understanding and concern. As a physician and surgeon, your skill was exceptional. I find the results astonishing and offer my deepest thanks. Dr. Elgut is worth the wait. He often runs behind because he gives personal attention to each patient. He knows what he’s doing and you feel very confident in his skills. Have been his patient for years and wouldn’t go to anyone else!

You may wait a while but he is worth it.

Dr. Elgut is very good, thorough, and I trust him. That being said, if you have to deal with his office staff member Amy, beware. She is very rude and seems to think this her practice. Her opinion is the one that counts and she will talk over you to get that point across. Today was the first and last time I will ever deal with her. The "fair" rating for the staff is based solely on the poor performance of Amy.

Nothing against doctor but staff is horrible and rude. Called me day before my mother’s appointment she needed for ingrown eyelash to say they were canceling her appointment. They were submitting Medicare claims incorrectly- I had a manager from hospice do a 3 way conference call with staff to explain how to file properly. Instead the staff member decided to “quote a paragraph” from the Medicare manual. I wasted 30 minutes of my time and the manager’s time. Not first time they’ve been rude.

Dr. Elgut has been providing me the very best in eye care for the last 15 years. When I needed cataract surgery 5 years ago, he suggested I consider multifocus lens. He carefully covered all the pros and cons. I did go with the special lens and have enjoyed 20/20 vision since that surgery. It has greatly improved the quality of my life by never requiring glasses for even the finest detail work. He is always careful to take whatever time is needed to answer my questions.

Love Dr. Elgut and staff. Have been a patient for 3 years. Never had a negative experience. The wait is well worth it.

Office staff was very nice and personable. Dr. Elgut was very thorough and knowledgable. Highly recommend Dr. Elgut for your eye care!

They tried two times to get the correct prescription for my glasses. They didn't get it right at all. I finally had to go to another doctor to get the proper prescription.....at my cost.
