My teenage son is highly allergic to poison ivy. He was seen once and was told to treat with poison ivy wash. He returned to Preferred Pediatrics when the rash got worse. Dr. Graham was arrogant and condescending. He brushed off my concerns and refused to review my son's medical history with poison ivy and the treatment that had been provided by Dr. McEntire for years. Dr. Graham's refusal to treat my son with steroids caused the infection to worsen into staph. Once Dr. McEntire was back and saw my son , he gave him the appropriate treatment. I will never allow Dr. Graham to treat anyone in my family again

Dr. Graham has been an invaluable resource for all three of our children. He has had ideas that proved effective after we had tried the specialist's recommendations with no success. Great listener who thinks through all possibilities.
