Dr. Noelle Turnbow, MD

After my first visit I felt a sense of safety with Dr. Turnbow. That sense came from the way she listened, didn’t make light of my concerns or dismiss my experiences. It came to feel as though I have not only a doctor but an advocate and friend in her. This is the most confident I have been with a doctor in over a decade.

After voicing concerns that I wanted to get a result for, Dr. Turnbow's only concern was getting to the next patient. She requested to view bloodwork from my primary doctor that was done 6 months ago and made a diagnosis from that. There was no follow-up appointment or new bloodwork to see if those numbers were still accurate, and she did not schedule any follow-up to see if we could get a plan to get my concerns taken care of. She was overall very dismissive. This was my second year seeing her, and both times I had the same behavior.If you are looking for a doctor who wants to help you and listen to you, and not rush your appointment, she is not the one you want to see.

Dr. Turnbow has always demonstrated the unique ability to be professional, yet also be very personable…something most doctors lack the ability to do. She is very knowledgeable and answers my questions thoroughly. I highly recommend her and her staff.

Being in Dr. Turnbow’s care ended up being my biggest heartbreak and disappointment. Turnbow was my doctor my entire pregnancy. She was phenomenal. Answered all my questions, eased all my fears, helped me established a birth plan. I loved my appointments with her and often praised just how pleased I was that she was my doctor. The day I had my last baby appt with Turnbow, I went into labor. I had no reason to doubt that my doctor would be there. However, that very night she dropped me as her patient without warning and without notifying me. The on-call doctor delivered my baby. The next day the delivery doctor came by my postpartum room to inform me Turnbow had dismissed me as a patient.I still haven’t heard from Turnbow herself why she dismissed me. I have reached out by email, but a response has not been given. My labor was very difficult and I ended up needing a lot of additional care. The doctor I had built rapport with completely left me to figure everything out on my own.

This is my second baby that Dr. Turnbow will be delivering and the care I receive while I am in her office is amazing! I would highly recommend her! So happy to have found her!

Day before my return appointment the Doctor had her assistant relay that she would not treat me because I can not use a cream that makes me sick and she felt uncomfortable. Again not listening to me knowing my body and what effects me physicality and telling me that the effects from using this cream has no side effects and no one else has had a reaction.

Dr. Turnbow became my OB after I was bleeding heavily at 12 weeks pregnant. I had a large hematoma, which she closely monitored, as well as a marginal cord insertion. From that first appointment, Dr. Turnbow’s professionalism, confidence, and calm demeanor set her apart from any other doctors I’ve seen. She always makes me feel well-informed and comfortable, and I never feel rushed or like I’m just another patient. She answers all of my questions thoroughly and in a way that I can understand. Nearly three weeks ago, Dr. Turnbow delivered my baby boy who was over 10 pounds and sunny-side up! Baby and I are both doing well. I am convinced that Dr. Turnbow’s tranquil presence, incredible skills, 14+ years of experience, and genuine support were the reasons why my pregnancy, labor, and delivery experiences were all so excellent. Overall, Dr. Turnbow is an outstanding and exceptional doctor, and I have been lucky to have her. I truly cannot recommend Dr. Turnbow enough!

It pained me to give even one star. I saw Dr. Niemand for a routine annual exam. Upon asking if I had any medical complaints, she very rudely and condescendingly cut me off before I could finish describing my symptoms, and I was only a few words in. I was familiar with the symptoms I was describing from having had them in the past, but she was more interested in letting me know that I didn't know what I was talking about. I was so stunned by her attitude and tone that I didn't even bother to finish. If you are interested in being treated respectfully, find a different doctor,

Saw Dr Niemand in Arlington, TX. She is very kind, friendly and thorough. Sad she is relocating to FL. Once you get beyond the anxiety of checking in, she make the visit calmer. Good Luck Dr. Niemand!

the doctor is great but the people who work at the office are so so rude and they disrespectful to their patients recently they change the rules and they didnt notify us until 20 minutes i called in the morning and i changed the appointment from 3:30 to 9:30 they accept to change it with mentioning any thing while i was on the phone with them and they called again to left a message which i didnt really undersrant what she was talking about. they should allow my wife to see the doctor because when have new rules and the patient didnt know about until she showed up then this will be your responsibility not ours iam thinking to take my wife somewhere else but my wife just like her doctor

Staff is always prompt and friendly. Dr. Neimand is awesome. I’m super bummed she’s moving.
