The Dr. is great and even her nurse, but the office staff is horrible. I had to call back after a physical and request my refills a second time. I had a letter saying the doctor was trying to reach me but no one (including the Dr.) knows for what, it wasn't in the chart. I had to pay $50 to get a 2 page FMLA form filled out after Covid on top of a co pay for a virtual appt. that they required. It is hard to get through to them, they can't seem to answer any questions, they are rude. They also out source their billing (never heard of this), so they can't give you a detailed receipt until 4 weeks later and then it is only the rude office manager that can do it. They never communicated any of that, just said that they can't do it, it took a lot of back and forth to get an explanation.

I really liked Dr Barrera herself, and everyone in the office was super nice, but it was incredibly frustrating getting anyone to answer emails or a live human on the phone. I quickly got tired of playing phone tag when someone would call me with test results, but wouldn't leave any details on my voicemail, so I'd call back and have to leave a message, they'd call back and I'd miss the call, rinse and repeat.
