Dr. Noi Walkenstein, DO

I was seen by her at AFC Urgent Care. She is horrible and condescending.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I never leave reviews but I am honestly so upset I have to. I was just in this urgent care on passyunk, because my daughter is having knee pain. The nurse kindly asked me what we were here for and I explained that I wasn’t really sure but that my daughter was having pain in both knees. The Dr. who I now know to be Noi Walkenstein interrupts and rudely says that there is nothing that they can do for her there. I was taken aback and said that her pediatrician had told me the night before to go to an urgent care for an X-ray. She went on to say that she was an internist and an X-ray is not what she needs, she needs to see an orthopedist. I work at a bank I have no medical background, they way she was speaking to me was so condescending and unprofessional. The nurse saw that I was visibly upset and said it would be ok, when I said I couldn’t believe how the Dr spoke to me she started yelling from behind the wall! The back of her card has AFC’s mission statement “ …to provide a kind and caring environment…. We received Neither

Dr. Walkenstein is so so smart. She really takes the time to run labs and rule out every possibility. I've never met a doctor who cares more about there patients well being.

Excellent. Dr. Walkenstein is extremely capable and efficient. She is very efficient. My problem was correctly diagnosed and treated rapidly and courteously.

She is probably the worst doctor I have come across too. She doesn’t greet you or have time to even hear you. It’s like she doesn’t want to see any patient and is very quick to send you off to another hospital. She doesn’t have an approachable personality and she is the last person I wish anyone who is sick should have to deal with. I left the place crying on how rudely she treated m. One star is too much for the experience she made me go through. I don’t know what kind of doctor doesn’t even listen to the patient.
