Saw the nurse initially, she was great. Then, a doctor-in-training--he listened and asked good questions, then Dr Hart--she was great as usual. Direct, incisive, professional. I am fortunate to have found her as my primary care doctor.

Bad Exerience
During my visit I expressed an interest in testing my vitamin counts as my previous doctor would test and tell me what vitamins I was deficient in. Dr. Hart said that I was a person living in the United States of America and did not need any vitamin tests. When she said it, I felt she was lacking empathy and passing off my concerns without any explanation. The interaction rubbed me the wrong way and I've since found better help.

I've found Dr Hart to be very direct and professional. I believe she listens to what I have to say and accommodates me to the best of her ability. There was some friction early on only because she operates slightly differently than my former Rheumatologist. We've worked past that and have a good doctor/patient relationship.

Terrible
Dr Nora Hart is probably the worst Dr I have ever come across. I felt all she cared about is pushing drugs, flu shots, etc… to make money. During covid, I saw her true colors.
