Completely unacceptable
I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this medical practice. I scheduled an appointment for tomorrow, only to be informed that they are short-staffed and need to reschedule me for a month later. I understand that challenges arise, but given that I’ve already been waiting two weeks since making the original appointment, this is completely unacceptable. I’m in pain, and waiting another month feels like a lifetime. There should be greater consideration and accommodation for patients who are dealing with health issues. I expected better support and communication from a medical office. I will be looking for a new doctor who values their patients’ time and well-being.

Sad Office Visit
I scheduled an appointment for a physical and Dr Bachoura forgot to answer one of the questions I asked her. I remembered before I left the outer office, and asked to speak with her very quickly, and the front desk staff said I would have to schedule another time to see her because she had already gone into another room. I scheduled the appointment for a week later, and after that visit, I got a bill for $135.47, which was not covered by insurance because I had just been there for my physical a week earlier. Aargh - they could be more understanding and helpful since I tried to go back within 5 minutes. I also left a message for Dr Bachoura to call me, and her nurse called me instead and said I could not speak with Dr Bachoua, and that there was nothing she could do about the matter.

I have been seeing Dr.B for years and have had excellent results and treatment. Her staff have been helpful in difficult times. I am not an easy patient. They are quick to get me referrals to a specialist of my choice and in them prescribing proper medications for me. D.Mott

Not good. At first I liked her and the office, she is an OK physician, but the office policies are ridiculous. They routinely hold my medication hostage- aka do not renew- for "lab work" and 4x a year appointments. I do NOT need additional check ups, once a year is fine. I am in fine health. I have been on the same meds for 20 years. I have had the front desk mock and laugh at me for questioning these policies. Not a good look, but I have no choice as all the other in-network doctor's offices are annoying too.

After going to Dr. Bachoura's office for over 20+ years I no longer will be one of her patients. Ever since her PA Heidi left its gone downhill. Staff is rude and care is sub-par. I showed for an appointment today and they gave me the Covid checklist. I was honest about sinuses (I told them when I made the appointment) which I feel is causing vertigo. Girl at front desk was not helpful and was rude. I will not be back and I do NOT recommend.

I have been a patient of Dr. Bachoura's since she first started practicing medicine, or close to it. And I imagine I will remain her patient until she retires or I die hopefully, the former. She is a great person and a wonderful doctor.

The same thing happened to me as another patient. I had an appointment for a bladder infection. They told be prior to arriving they had a new system and my insurance was not list so I would be considered a cash patent. Although I left my scheduled appointment and asked the billing clerk to call me back, no call back. They day or my appointment I talked the billing clerk since I was concerned why I wasn’t notified of the change. She kept referring to the system being changed etc. Obviously she didn't understand my point. I realize things change and would have found another primary physician before having a bladder infection. At this point I needed to see the PA so I paid cash. It's best to be proactive than reactive in my opinion. Also, if their office is not accepting specific insurances they should be removed from the website that lists them as participating physician. As of today it still looks like they are list. Kind of a frustrating situation…just saying.

I have very good insurance and because of this doctor's "office protocols" I have changed primary care physician. I have paid out of pocket to visit the physician's assistant, my insurance called them to let them know I was covered, and they would still not see me. If you are new, do not choose Dr. Bachoura's office for your primary care physician. They care more about policy and money than they do about their patient's and their health and well being.

My son was trying to become a new patient here. We told them our insurance information over the phone, and he took a copy of his insurance card in with him to what he thought was his appt. time. Upon his arrival he was told they cancelled his appt. because we didn’t fax in a copy of his card. I have never dealt with a more done friend cult doctor, nor have I ever had to fax in the actually card ahead of time. They just lost our business and any future referrals.
