Dr. Magee has been our Valley dermatologist for 3 years. On 2 separate occasions she identified early malignant melanomas and arranged immediate surgical excisions. I found Dr. Magee thorough, knowledgeable and empathetic. For me, she is a lifesaver.

Dr. Magee was friendly but didn't even take time to look at my problem. Consultation for my skin issue was done about five feet away and by no means acne and oily skin is contagious. Treatment caused worse irritation and was very expensive. She didn't even offer to provide samples before starting on a treatment. Was not pleased and would not recommend.

Staff never works on prescription if there is an insurance problem and they seem like they have no idea what they are doing. Have been waiting weeks for my medication and no one ever gets on the ball to do anything. Very disappointing.

MD charged me for a procedures she did not perform, thus falsifying my permanent medical record. She refused to re-exam me to prove her error correct documentation with addendum. It took a a 3-way call with Cigna to even speek with MD after multiple tries. I am an RN with Medi-care/caid UR &QA backround.Error was found on my insurance EOB. I will report to AMA &Medicaid. Ask MD office for clarification of coding before leaving her practice.
