I would highly recommend Dr Fishman
Dr Fishman is a kind and caring soul. I am so grateful for his care and am thankful for his understanding. He helped me through many crisis moments in my Endrocrine Health Journey. I don't ever want to see him retire. He is a godsend.

Office used the wrong billing code. Insurance said no problem, just have it corrected. Doctor called me personally to say his staff had better things to do than correct codes and to remind me that I had signed agreeing to pay what insurance wouldn’t cover. I was hundreds of dollars out of pocket. He obviously puts his personal finances, staff above his patients. (And he so messed up my thyroid medication dosage that I had to go off it entirely until it was totally out of my system. He proclaimed when he listened to my heart that it was as fast as a race horse.)

Biopsy on 3/21/17; Dr. Fishman called next day indicating atypical markers present; further testing with results in 10-12 days. No call received; called and spoke with doctor on 4/5/17; told biopsy was not sent, would go next day; doctor stated lab assured results by 4/19/17; called office on 4/19/17 told results not available until 4/21/17, at the earliest. Extremely upset, worried and frustrated with lack of care in handling additional testing and not providing timely results.

I have been a patient of Dr. Norman Fishman for many years and have been very happy with this office and Dr. Fishman's care. However, on September 26, 2016, I was there after my visit with Dr. Fishman for the blood workup. The person there was someone I had never seen before and she was literally not good at the job. She attempted two times in the normal left arm at an appropriate place and then proceeded to the right arm in a spot where blood started flying out and the needle burst out.
