I had an appointment with Dr. Lester today but was told after asking the staff, why I was not being seen. That the doctor was on "call" and he was leaving to go to the hospital. I had taken off work and rescheduled other tasks for this appointment which was made in late May/early June. I am a first time patient and the staff scheduled first time patients on a day that the doctor is allegedly on "call" is just unbelievable and unprofessional. I am requesting payment for my gas and time off from work!!!

My appointment was follow up from a hospital stay with facial cellulitis, strep throat and bacterial sinsus infection. Dr. Lester was patient and listened to my experience. He appeared to really be engaged and interested in my images, my documents from hospital treatment, discharge info and my present concerns or feeling. He afforded me plenty time to discuss my serious event that scared me crazy! He offered new remedies for daily comfort vs medication not needed. Even got a free sample to start using immediately. I highly recommend him, so far. He's presently my new ENT. Hope things continue well! Oh, they forgot to call in my Rx.. that wasn't serious for me, only a oinment.. fortunately.
