Life Link
For over a year, Dr. Yeh was a life link in our family’s battle with brain cancer. We first met him in the Spring of 2021 with a terrible prognosis in hand from another doctor and COVID raging outside the room. From the first moment, Dr. Yeh took time to read through my husband’s history, listen to his concerns, and laugh at his Bad Dad jokes. Dr. Yeh was our “doctor-to-human” interpreter, advocate and tireless cheerleader. He found ways to support us even (especially) in the areas where our core neuro oncologists came up short. A cancer battle is never fun or easy but it can be managed with proper encouragement. I am eternally grateful for meeting Dr. Yeh and traveling with us on this difficult journey. As my husband would put it, “Dr. Yeh gets a glowing review from us the whole way! Radiology. Treatments. See what I did here? Tadam-psh!”
