Because the person responsible of sending reference to x Ray's or other exams,does not do it. I had to keep calling her to send the reference to the other places because at the other places I can't get the appointments because she didn't send the paperwork,including to the insurance and this happened many times.she said she did but she didn't.i had to go in person and stay there to make sure she did it.and the last times when i talk to her in the phone she got attitude.she didnt let me talk.
