Terrible
I got a referral but still considered an outpatient, fine. What sucks is your attitude which I’m glad you didn’t accept me as a patient cause I found out SEVERAL people who I don’t even know personally say you’re terrible. Judging from the 1 minute phone call of your attitude that needs adjusting, I agreed that you are in fact, terrible. Can’t even offer to give me a number, can’t CALMLY explain why you don’t take me even though I had a referral. Yelling “I DONT TAKE OUTPAITENTS OUTPATIENTS OUTPATIENTS” didn’t solve my gallbladder issue. Instead of CALMLY saying “yes I see that the hospital referred you to me, but I don’t take outpatients and you’ll have to xyz” write that in your notes when you’re talking to potential clients, maybe you’ll have better reviews.
