If I had an option for zero stars I would use this. Was referred by my doctor to this establishment to have an evaluation of an issue that I have requiring the evaluation of a surgeon. After 1 hour naked in the room waiting to see the doctor, a nurse comes in and tells me he will not see me because he was not the one who did the surgery. The gyno who preformed the surgery advised me to speak with my primary doctor who will refer me to general surgeon to evaluate my condition. If this doctor could not see me then why make the appointment? Why make me wait an hour naked in the room? Why take my money as soon as I arrived and then send in the administrator to refund? I saw every single person who worked here except for the doctor and felt very disrespected and at a loss for words. The only saving grace was the receptionist. She was very kind to me. Other than this, I felt disposed of as if I did not even matter. My sister, who is a doctor, was with me and she was thoroughly disgusted.
