I had a full impacted boney wisdom tooth and rotten tooth removed today. I had a completely positive experience and highly recommend Dr Waite and his staff. To the point, no up-selling. Reasonably fees.

I would not recommend this office. Office staff is unprofessional and they don't like to be questioned. I confirmed ahead of time that dr waite had my daughters x-ray and when we got their after waiting 30 minutes they called her in the back to get a x-ray. When I said "no" dr waite already had it they argued with me that they don't. I called my dentist and he faxed over for the second time. I then called them a few days later to question the consultation fee and they called me back stating they were cancelling my daughters procedure because they couldn't take the chance of me insulting the office staff. If you're willing to see a dr without questioning them they're fine, but look out if you question the staff on billing or having the necessary information that was provided them.

I went to this office for an emergency extraction. This was the most professional medical office I have ever been to. All of the staff are of the highest quality and professional behavior from receptionist to Dr. Waite. There is a quality check for each procedure from entry to exiting the office. Cost was reasonable and fair. Procedure was absolutely painless and quick. Highest compliments!

Dr. Waite's assistant spent a lot of time explaining my options for my extraction. After talking with Dr. Waite, I felt comfortable about having the extraction done. I had no pain during or after the extraction. Thank you Dr. Waite and your staff for helping me have a pleasant visit. Janet Lux
