I visited this office for two issues (thumb and elbow). I waited over an hour. The xray technician came stated she would take the x-rays for both issues, but I would have to choose just one. I said "What". I saw the doctor and was promptly informed again that I would have to choose one and which issue was most important. I inquired "why" since I have 2 issues. I was told I have a lot of patients and you'll need to make another appointment for the other issue. This makes no sense. Since both the x-ray technician and doctor stated this, it must be common practice. The only explanation I could think of is that two appointments is two charges to my insurance for an office visit instead of one.
