Virtually unreachable by phone - frustrating!
Long time Dr. Shpak's patient. He's an excelent doctor in all aspects: knowledge, experience, bed side manners, extremely intelligent and always willing to take an extra step to help. Very nice staff. This WOULD'VE BEEN A FIVE-STAR review: the reason it is not is because periodically this doctor's office becomes literally unreachable by phone and it has been going on for years: somepne fails to switch the off-hours answering service back to the office line, sometimes for days. You call for hours on end during normal business hours and are taken to the answering service instead, again and again. I mentioned it to the office staff on a couple of occasions and also tried to use the office fax number as a workaround (when I had access to a fax machine, that is). It's happening again today - frustrated!
