My mother use this services. Only four visits and a rude an incompetent nurse rudely send my mother in the middle of treatment and in need of surgery to the ER just because of their own practice lab result. Thank God I am on top of it. Or my mother would it get an unnecessary blood transfusion. As well as an unnecessary delay. Real professionals caught the mistake and corrected it. Thanks to the meridian hospital that they stop these irresponsible practice. I wish I had enough text space to explain what they did. But as a suggestion do no and I repeat do not waste your time in this practice with Dr Benitez and or Zoila the “nurse”. They are so incompetent. I hope some can translate this message to them. Again if you care for your health and the health of others avoid this “medical” practice.

I took the services for more than a year, they did a test that never helped me because they didn't give me the results, I called numerous times to ask for the results and make another appointment and I never had an answer and after all this time the lab sends me a bill for $2'500!!!!! the worst service in my life. Now they don't pick up the phone to attent my issue.

Dr. Benitez is very profesional, wait is a bit long since she's very busy. Knowledgeable and to the point.

I recommend this doctor. She is very precise in diagnosing and treatment. The staff are very nice and helpful. The wait is a bit long, but worth the wait. I like how the staff and the doctor try to help me in all of my medical issues. Will recommend 100%

Dr. Benitez is wonderful, but her staff is dreadful. I called the office for a necessary referral for a procedure that Dr. Benitez required. It took 15 minutes to get an open phone line at which time I was put on hold for over 20 minutes. Spoke to someone for about a minute explaining that I needed a referral - that I had called the day before for the referral but it had Not been sent - was put on hold Again, then the call was disconnected. When I called back, the call went to their answering service. Very Frustrating.

she is a good doctor and the staff is friendly but most of all the office is clean

For me she is one of the best doctor in the area, she really care about you and she is one step ahead of anything. waiting time is not good, but she always have a lot patients waiting. she explain to you clear

I was told by the doctor they refused to give me a prescription for Chantix to stop smoking because she does not prescribe these kinds of medications to her patients... what kind of doctor does not help assist their patients in quitting such a terrible habit? Never mind the two times I was there there was no soap in the bathroom and no toilet paper..

Great courteous staff, good wait times and very knowledgable Doctor. Doctor Benitez is kind and does not beat around the bush
