Dr. Padgett is an EXCEPTIONAL doctor TRULY EXCEPTIONAL. My father was in the hospital for 2 weeks, of all the (9) doctors we had from various specialties, Dr. Padgett was head and shoulders above everyone. He is knowledgeable, warm, collaborative, smart, thoughtful. He has a great bedside manner. He is respectful and kind and he cares about his patients.
I can't speak highly enough of him. I recommend him without reservation. If you need a nephrologist, this is the one you want in your corner.

I’m pregnant and very emotional. Having a high risk pregnancy and having to see a lot of specialists can be a hard thing. Dr. Padgett seems like a very kind and caring doctor who only wants the very best for his patients. He took his time reading over my medical history and asked a lot of questions before deciding what he thought would be the best medication for my specific situation. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing his services!

Dr. Padgett is extremely approachable and easy to talk to. I was pretty anxious during our first meeting - in part due to dealing with an unexpected issue, and having to work with yet another provider to figure out what was going on. He put me at ease right away, and I immediately felt comfortable under his care. Dr. Padgett is also very accessible in between appointments - I’m always able to communicate with him in case I have any questions or concerns. I can’t say enough good things about him!
