Dr Varban seemed very well organized. He actually answered most of the questions on my list before I asked. The handout he used was super helpful. The images made it easy to follow what he was saying. Plus, his contacts information on it was a very nice touch. Sometimes reaching a physician is ridiculously complicated. I don't think I will need to call him because the mychart system provides easy access. But it made me feel like he cares, which is very reassuring when considering a surgery.
