Yes they do thorough checkups and even send to expensive MRI. They are well organized. You do not get to wait long time. However, doctor seems in salesman position rather than healing. Since I conduct active life at my age (military style with spots) I need my ear to be working so I can scuba dive and snorkel with diving which requires blowing air in deeper water to avoid pain from pressure). He said they do surgery with some device or what not to solve problems. The problem was tinnitus I could not hear high pitch sounds in that ear(surprise of masking by tinnitus! Go figure).They cleaned the ear and then doctor came when I complained about numbness and broke off something saying it was wax (after cleaning by them???). It was painful and ended up with lot of blood for some days. I think he removed something he should not. Nevertheless when I asked for explanation on what I see on MRI photos he said: "you do not need know". Right. My body and I pay for service -I do not need to know.

A lot less than I was hoping for. He claims to be a Sleep Disorder Doctor, well He is not (I specifically asked the person who took the call, when i made the first appointment) and I also did tell Him that I have sleep apnea and that my machine wasn't working right and that I need a new CPap machine. He told me that to get a new CPap I had to go for a Sleep Study (to start, It took His office more than two weeks to send the paper work to the Sleep Study Center at Clara Maass Medical Center) So I went twice for the Sleep Study, When I went back to him the second time after He had the result of the Study, In a 60 seconds visit, He told me that he was not handling or manage CPap machine, He then advised me to call the Hospital where I went for the Study to get the help that I needed, because His office couldn't. So If He already knew that I had sleep apnea, and that He was not qualified in the field, why they waste people time and take them as patients???

Dr Youseff is an excellent doctor. He is thorough, compassionate and an overall good guy. He listens to what you have to say. He is very calming. He performed a 3 hour surgery on my Parotid Gland. I had minimal pain after the surgery. He spoke with my wife after the surgery. He was pleasant and professional and assured her that everything went well. I would recommend Dr. Youseff to anyone looking for a great ENT...

Went in primarily for prescription renewal and quick checkup on my sinuses to be sure all well due to allergy activity... Meeting Oliver Youssef was very pleasant!

Dr. Youssef is and amazing dr. My 3 yr daughter got her tonsils out with him and recovered fast and well. The staff was great and made my baby very comfortable.

He was acting extremely rushed the two times I saw him, both appointments lasted 10secs no joke! Told me to "adapt" to the ear ringing as if I didn't have other medical problems to worry about and "adapt" to. He put absolutely no effort in trying to help me. Didn't explain anything and didn't care. Can't believe he calls himself a doctor. I'm sure he can probably help others with other problems. Don't waste your time and money on this guy if you're seeing him for ear ringing. What a waste!

Dr. Youssef has the experience, knowledge and skills that a patient deserves. He shares information with an inquiring patient without any sense of annoyance or superiority. As for his surgical skills, he is clearly an expert in an area that is critical.
