I had a personal visit planned. Called in advance that im 15 min late due to my late appointment with my clients. Secretary cancelled my visit due to being late in a very rude format. She said their policy is 30 min per patient despite the fact my previous visit was almost an hour. Empty room she was sitting and chatting with her coworker no patience in line. I cancelled my rest of the day clients in legal office, traveled 60 min to meet a doctor and she denied a visit. When I asked if I can see a doctor for the rest of my 15 minutes left she said it was not my decision to make. Apparently without asking her boss she took a decision on the spot. I mentioned that they are division of psychiatry and who might be responsible if anything to happen with their patient? She responded that she did not care. Well people like this probably should not be in the service or reception at all working at the back somewhere. Doctor though himself was very good but unfortunately unaccessible.
