I have no complaints about Dr. Ahmad himself. He's always been attentive and treated me well. However, their billing practices are atrocious. I've had to pay hundreds of dollars up front for a procedure, even though I have very good health insurance coverage. I then find out that my insurance company has been paying for the procedure in full, and his practice is pocketing my upfront payments. After contacting his billing people while my insurance provider rep was on the call, I found I had hundreds of dollars in "credits" that never even knew existed. I was able to get that money refunded to me, but I hate to think how much of a hassle that would have been without my insurance provider rep listening in. It's unethical at best.
