The best
I love Dr Al-Ani, he removed 3 of my wisdom teeth yesterday & he was so fast, gentle & meticulous. I’m in little to no pain at all, He did wonderful & his personality made me feel a lot better before he even started removing them. His assistant Enas was absolutely wonderful as well, she was so kind! The whole office team was very polite, kind & welcoming. All my extractions are done, but should I ever need another one, Dr Al-ani is who I’d feel comfortable seeing again. Overall such a great experience with them! 10 out of 10 ?

hope he gets his license taken away
this man should not be allowed to get near anyone’s mouth with a blade. He was so extremely rude and disrespectful and disregarded the fact that I was crying in pain the entire procedure (wisdom teeth removal). Told me “it’s just pressure you’re fine” after I lifted my hand to signal pain and then he continued to not stop ever as I groaned in agony. Treated me as if I was a baby for being in pain because he didn’t fully numb me in the first place. I seriously hope he gets reported and never practices medicine again because he is a horrible person. Obviously not in health care for good reasons. Part of being a doctor is being good with patients and making them feel safe. He does the opposite.

A hobo with a pair of pliers would be better
Incredibly rude, literally throwing papers at me, putting his hand in my face, completely ignoring the person I was with that was getting care. Talking down to me because the consent form was given was not his form even though other doctors at that practice easily accepted the form I gave them previously and then refusing to talk to someone who would could fix the situation. Find a different dentist.

Extremely Unprofessional
Where do I even start…. Definitely not someone you want taking care of your mouth. Has 0 patient care skills, only cares about getting paid. I had a scheduled extraction of 4 wisdom teeth. Waited an hour in the waiting room, was brought in by some male assistant took xrays and was seated in an open room(no patient privacy whatsoever). Doctor comes in, doesn't introduce himself, leave me with my words in my mouth attending to another patient across the room comes back and is not comforting at all regarding the 4 extractions. I wanted to do 2 at a time instead of all 4 at once , and he gave told me its not ideal because the pain is going to be the same. I finally asked how is this going to be done, what can I expect..? Because had i not finally asked, he would have just started doing without letting me know whats going on. Turns out they only do laughing gas and just extract them right out, which was not flying with me considering how nervous I was. Ended up leaving

He was very rude. I overheard him screaming at one of his other co-workers which is super unprofessional when someone is in the chair waiting for their doctor. He never gave warnings about what he was going to do. Never warned me about how much pressure he was going to put on my lower jaw by tugging it, and never warned me about the pain that I had in the aftermath. He was also very rude to the nurse helping him which I thought was uncalled for. I was gripping the armrests of the chair the whole time because of how rough he was. He didn't even acknowledge to me that's was done with the procedure, he just walked out of the room. Personally, I would never want to work or be seen by a man like that. Be nicer to your patients and staff and maybe you will get a better review next time. Also, brush your teeth. You call yourself a doctor but this awful smell was coming out of your mouth the entire time I was in the chair.
