Pregnant and Very Well Taken Care Of
Last night my visit to the ER felt like Dr. Ferrari took me in his arms with the upmost care. He handles his ER facility with ease and grace and I watched him have great care for everyone he encountered. Personally, I felt like I got five star care with him and I favor Providence Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital highly. Third time being in this ER, for my children and myself. Meeting Dr. Ferrari during my recent visit was the best case scenario I could have hoped for and for him and the wonderful staff I am extremely grateful!

Terrible, dismissive doctor. He didn’t listen to me at all. Diagnosed me with anxiety when I actually have a one in one million autoimmune blistering disease. If I could give this doctor zero stars, I would. I would highly recommend anyone reading this avoid Santa Rosa Memorial in the evenings cause that’s when he seems to be there. I was unlucky enough to see home two nights in a row and paid over $1k to have him misdiagnose me with anxiety two nights in a row. Guess what? I don’t have anxiety at all.

Reliable, caring, and clearly explains situation
I had my first visit to the ER due to very uncomfortable chest pains, and Dr. Ferrari was very quick and helpful to explain the facts and my lab results in a fashion that everyday people can understand. He also went out of his way to provide me with his contact information and even asked about how I was feeling the following day. My symptoms resurfaced unfortunately, but I was thankful I had someone I could message directly. He promptly replied and requested that I come into the ER again to do rerun some tests. Highly recommend Dr. Ferrari.

I was in the ER for combo of hernia and pre-cauda equina syndrome...when they found a huge tumor on my lower kidney, Dr. Ferrari gave me his cell phone number, so that the Kidney specialist would quickly respond to my case. He wasn't kidding: I had a hard time getting the specialist's attention, and Ferrari made a call for me, and....BAM! ... I had the appointment I urgently needed. Thank you Doctor!

He is quick to blow something off as anxiety or a non-issue. I mostly blame Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital for this outcome the two times I was seen by him. They have 10 times more ED patients than they an handle. It's a frightening situation. But the two times I saw him were not acceptable. He looked in my throat without a medical light or even a flashlight and said I was fine. I put two stars because I blame SR Memorial for the overall chaos and bad service.

I had the distinct displeasure of meeting this So called Doctor in the Emergency room. He was rude, disrespectful and unhelpful in every way. I filed a Formal complaint with the Hospital Board about his behavior and demeanor. Sad state of affairs really, since everyone else working at this Hospital was highly professional. I would avoid this Doctor at all costs...

I had my first time experience with this amazing doctor in the E.R. at Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital. I am 63 and had a scary situation occur, my 2 daughters were there for me as well. Dr. Ferrari was patient, thorough, knowledgeable, compassionate and calmed my fears. I felt extremely safe in his care. He answered all questions my daughters and I had as if I was his only and most important patient, I cannot recommend this physician enough. Thank You Doctor ??
