Dr. Bains listened to my concerns and every confusing thought I had about my problems with sleeping and recently losing my husband to a heart attack. I can't figure if I'm coming or going these days but he helped me set up a "plan" for better sleep and how to cope with losing my husband. Thanks, Dr. Bains.

The doctor was/is very "in tune" with patient. Asked questions, not only about current issue, but also took time to get a bit of rest nsight into my history.

Enjoyed my appointment with Dr. Bains. I found him sharp, interesting, and interested in what I had to say. He was thorough and clear in his assessment, he eased my mind about my issue, and together we came up with a plan for treatment. It felt as though he had all the time in the world for me, even though we were probably together for a total of 15 minutes. I was impressed and look forward to working with the doctor in the future.

Great Dr, very friendly

Before pandemic, I was put on CPAP and had been using the equipment provided by Virginia Mason. Virginia Mason decided to get rid of the business and patients need to find new suppliers. However, the insurance company would require the new supplier to provide a copy of the sleeping study. I reached out to the doctor's office asking for my record. This doctor's office refused to provide MY record unless I book a new appointment with this cold money hunger doctor!! I repeatedly state it is my record which should be provided to me. The assistant said she would talk to the doctor. I never heard back from her. Of course, the new supplier did not receive the fax either. I have found a new doctor and highly recommend everyone to stay away from this cold, money hunger doctor with no ethics!
